Okay, it's a well known institution. This review is to point out that your combo order, is automatically upgraded to large for a surcharge. If the combo is listed at 8.69 and you charge 9.79, and a customer mentions that they do not want the large... don't argue or make excuses like " our prices have changed and the board does not reflect that. It is an illegal attempt to increase the price.

I have never had bad service until tonight I went thru the drive thru ordered my food & ordered strawberry pies they said there is a wait we have to cook them. So they gave me my food & ask me to pull forward so I did. My husband & I sat & ate our food & ended up drinking all of our tea so I went in because I knew the pies should be close to being done the girl said are you waiting for the pies I said yes so she gave me pies & I ask if I could get a refill & she said yes but I will have to get you new cups I said ok that's fine. I waited & I over heard the manager or shift lead tell the girl no she can't get a refill only dine in. The girl said I am sorry but only dine in gets refills. As I have always been in management I would have went to my customer & explained I will give you a refill this time but refills are for dine in only. Then I go outside to get money to buy more tea & come back in & she is talking about me to another employee. Need to be more professional & satisfy customers or find ways to make your customers want to come back even if you give a tea refill to someone that is waiting in the drive thru for them to cook pies. I know the District Manager Ms. Bowers & I know she doesn't run her district like this.

This Particular McDonald's is our most favorite one of them all! The staff, without fail,is incredibly fast and friendly. Each and every time we go there, we are amazed 👏. We've been going to this one once or twice a month, both in the drive thru and inside, together or alone. It never fails that we have an awesome experience! Of course we've been to other ones closer to our home, but they don't compare to this one!!

I have worked in fast food for months now so I understand entirely how hectic things can be but this is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s since I was a little girl, because I live in the area and not once have they gave us exactly what we have ordered. Today we spent 30 bucks and our meals came with LARGE fries and we got the amount of a medium or small in the carton. This is how all 3 cartons came. My mom asks for half and half every time and they NEVER mark it. Fries are always cold and soggy. I truly am disappointed. Coming from someone who cooked fries for weeks, it’s not hard to cook them all the way or keep them warm. Avoid this McDonald’s. Doesn’t even have a phone number to call to speak with a manager.
