J&J Powersports serviced my 2019 Seadoo GTR 230. I perform my own service always on all of my machines, but in this case the ski was still under additional warranty I had purchased and I reached out to them because this is my local dealer. (And I do utilize them for factory parts because.. they are local and the prices are good) What a great team they are! Jose' was my service contact and his communication to me through the repair process was just fantastic. I'm very picky and I do repairs correctly, so I was nervous about letting a shop service this. But since I had a warranty claim to make, I gave it a shot to save costs. This team wound up being just fantastic to work with. My ski is running great after 20 hours runtime this year since servicing the carbon seal and engine alignment. I trust this group, as a very particular mechanic who has little faith in shops,... let me say that this team was a pleasure to deal with and provided solid results.

Tried calling 5 times off of 3 different phones and they would say good morning and hang up in my ear every time ! If you really couldn’t hear me u should express that . Not hang up on customers . Absolutely unprofessional!
