Allegra and Mike did a great job of assessing my injury and making a recovery plan. Allegra was a master of working to recover the range of motion and prescribed the most effective exercises. Highly recommended.

I came in contact with WAPT through one of their free workshops. A friend of mine sent me their info, knowing that I have been suffering from shoulder paid for quite some time. Attending the workshop was the best decision I have made. I got to meet Mike and Allegra and they have been a wonderful. After just a few sessions I saw an improvement and now I’m on the road to full recovery. I highly recommend them! I have a great experience with them and the entire team is welcoming and very helpful.

Very awesome place, very considerate to your needs and making it a rigorous yet comfortable setting. Allegra is an awesome PTA to work with and she’s been extremely helpful in healing my knee. Mike is a great PT and was super wise in the plans I should follow. Megan was great at the front desk and was very easy to communicate with for scheduling and the logistics of the process. Overall fantastic physical therapy clinic.

I had a great experience with the WAPT team. Mike did a thorough initial exam and Allegra worked over the next months with me to 'unfreeze' my shoulder post surgery. The entire team, starting with Megan at the front desk to Mike and Allegra are very friendly and professional and helped me achieve my goal. Even in COVID times, I felt well taken care of in a safe environment. Thanks WAPT Team!!

Questions & Answers

How long are PT appointments?

As physical therapists we are fortunate to be able to spend enough time with our patients to offer comprehensive treatment visits. Most visits are 45-60 minutes long. However, we can accommodate each patient's needs individually and we always respect your time.

Do I need a referral to start Physical Therapy?

Our insurance contracts allow most patients to come directly to physical therapy without a referral. This includes Medicare patients. Washington state law allows patients to seek treatment directly from PTs. There can always be a few exceptions to this rule, so give us or your insurance company a call for assistance. We recommend that patients with work related or auto claims get a referral before starting PT.
