terrible management!!! One of the managers she is not fair. People from her community are more than welcome! easy to get housing. You should report that to the king County.

The speed bump will kill your car if you don't go 5 mph and there space about 10ft apart place every where make driving hell. Don't anything about the price. But they have alot space I know.

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT – Contact Tenant Union! Know your rights! For over 20 years, we have been under four different managers and have never had one issue. As of 2015, the new manager "Nui" has done nothing but harass residents here of all ages. She's very manipulative and bribes certain tenants to work in her favor. I feel punished just going home to visit my family. Management does nothing but write excessive notices to residents, telling them that they have ignored a “new rule," when in fact has never been communicated prior to those incidents. She DOES NOT follow her own regulations, favor other tenants and allow them to be excused while others face consequences. When residents stand up to her, she would turn the story around stating, “The tenant threatened my life, used abusive language and harassed me!” Please note that 80% of the tenants here do not speak much English nor want any trouble, they just want a place to call home. I cannot put into words of how upset and sadden I am, knowing how heartless this current management is. We look up to them for guidance and safely, receiving nothing but insults in return. We endured so much of their ridiculous troubles, just simply had enough of it so we decided to relocate. I am appalled! I've lived here all my life since I was a child and am beyond disappointed by Nui and management. You do not treat someone horribly and demand respect in return - that's not how it works. I guarantee all viewers that these people/residents rated her well in exchange for something. I was one of the first people who posted here and all these "good" reviews come shortly after? Coincidence? I think not.

I have had nothing but a great expierence at Kirkland Heights. The management is extremely helpful and caring. Nui and the staff works really hard to ensure that everyone in my household is taken care of. Compared to a place in Kirkland that I was paying 400+ more a month (avana at Forbes creek) the management is so much more laid back and understanding. All my neighbors are super friendly and nice. I want to thank everyone at Kirkland heights for all you do for our community!!
