I love This Store.. even tho it's A Campus Store It's Open to the Public.. they also have a Starbucks and A Apple Store.. but The TCU clothes Selection is Great

Love TCU, attended, family has both worked and played football here. I even worked at this very bookstore for several years. I tried to return a shirt today with my receipt after it was purchased less than 14 days prior (receipt gives 30 days) because I was extremely unsatisfied with the fit of it after wearing it one singular time after buying on gameday. It was rejected by a gentleman named Ron, who did not come to the front counter, but made a final decision on it somewhere in the offices because he noticed a spot. Disappointed as it's not a big deal in the long run to return a customer $30 on an item they weren't happy with when I purchase items here often that far exceed that amount. Don't expect them to honor receipts. They are exceedingly stingy about returns despite the fact that items fly off the shelves regardless so they don't have an issue moving things put back on the rack, you'd think they were a struggling mom and pop. Cashier's at the front were friendly and store is looking great at least only reason for three stars.

Great space..Great place to work even for people who are not students. I just wish they had wifi for no students and that the garbage nearby didn't stink as much near by but it's not their fault.
