If you aren’t part of the click it seems like you don’t matter. I feel like no matter what I do it’s not good enough. Feel like I can’t talk to anyone there cuz some people don’t respect confidentiality. Management in my building is poor , wouod rather complain then actually tell you what you are doing wrong .

Palram has great products. Some of the best panels I have ever purchased. My problem came with my encounter with Mr.Rizvi. He was rude and I didn’t have a pleasant experience with him.

I met Mr. Swimm last week at the Global Shop Tradeshow in Chicago. He was very kind and they had a unique and fun booth setup at the show. He used the various displays to highlight their expertise. They seem like a great company with whom to do business!

What tool do you use to cut it?

Flat sheet (palsun) that looks like glass, a circular saw with 3 angled teeth not meant for wood. This will also cut multi wall (sun Lite) well. Corrugated sheet (suntuf and sunsky) will cut with a fine tooth blade meant for plywood but install it backwards and use the back of the teeth to eat through it. There is also the website, Palram.com, Palram americas.com. They are also open today To take calls. Also, corrugated and multi wall can be scored with a sharp razor blade and bent away from the cut and it will snap clean or tear along the score.

I would like to get the solar silver as it blocks the uv and the heat - are they available anywhere in Atlanta area in the 10' - Homedepot sells 6' but that's really not practical when your pergola is 12 x 9

Home Depot can special order any available Suntuf sizes. Visit the Pro Desk at any HD store and give them model 104049. That is for 10’x26” Solar Control Silver. They can enter this in their Quote Center and special order it for you. Hope that helps and best of luck with your project!

Can paralam sheets be installed horizontally. Any different than vertical exception it's like horizontal turned 90@?.thanx,greg
