I asked if I could try on wings to determine what style best suits me. I was told they cater ONLY to cancer patients. They said it would be to much work for them to accommodate my request. I understand that people undergoing chemo need this facility. However that is not the way to treat a prospective customer.

I was just there this morning and the woman was so warm and welcoming! I could not have asked for a better experience :) I tried on several wigs and found the one that was perfect for me! Everything was explained with home care and maintenance. I would highly recommend!

I just wanted to share that when I had Cancer and Lost my hair, my Sister and I came to KB Wigs! They couldn't have more Helpful and compassionate. They helped me pick out a wig hat was suited to my face and color, also cut and styled it while we were there. I would highly recommend this place!

Yes you need an appointment . But it is a good ideal with the pandemic still active plus it is your own time and you get a one on one attention

Sorry we do not have catalogs because we get new styles all the time. We are working on taking orders online but as of now not yet.
