Paid for months for a facility I was not able to use because their trainer missed our scheduled walk through. Manager personally slams weights and yells when he is lifting and he is even there during non staff hours being loud. I tried to explain to management regarding a disability I have that makes overstimulation occur when people are not following gym etiquette. I was told to wait it out, but then management continued to personally do it himself. They would rather cancel your membership than be considerate of your disability.

I love this gym for it’s friendly atmosphere, good equipment and the best physical trainer Jonathan. I am in the best shape of my life thanks to his unique training techniques and enthusiasm level.

This is an alright anytime fitness. I was honestly expecting more given its location. I doubt I’ll be back. The owners should take a peak at the Platte City branch to see how it should be done. I felt the layout was very confusing. It felt a bit cluttered and small. It’s pretty tight in this gym. I think replacement of equipment might make this more inviting of a space. All in all it’s not a bad place to workouts but if I’m in KC I’ll hit the Platte City location as they provide towels while this one does not.
