Lisa was hands down THE best customer service/ sales representative we have worked with. She greeted us the second we walked in- never had to wait or go looking for info. Brought us right over to her desk and started working with us. She is knowledgeable, competent and trustworthy. She walked us through the entire process and guided us through what is normally a stressful process! We knew exactly what we were being charged and we got a great deal. At the end she put her number in our phone telling us this is not where the service ends- if we have any questions we can call. Go see Lisa at the Verizon store if you want to have a top notch experience. We wish more people were like her!

Head honcho, Darryl was an over achiever here! I’ve been coming to this store for years and have never had a bad experience. My previous sales guy left, but hooked me up with Darryl! Great experience. Brandon R was excellent. Went to start service after being with another company for years. Was able to use my phones. Easy transition by switching the sim cards on my Samsung s20 5g x2. There is a discount for nurses. The information is on the Verizon website. You will need to verify yourself. For 2 lines the discount is $25 off the bill. Phone serviceis outstanding. I always had issues with the previous provider at work. Now I have zero issues. Other places I would have no service before, not a issue now. Worth it for the $10 more a month on the total bill.
