I was unfortunately brought here after a mental health crisis. This was the sorriest excuse of “caregivers” running this facility. They literally had to fire an employee because she flat out told me my daughter was better off dead than with me. After that it seemed like the staff was out to get me. The doctor also told me I needed to just not remember my deceased brother and son (who both died within a year of my hospitalization. My daughter only 3 months before) and I’m sorry but that’s absolutely not HELPING me at all. Upon discharge FINALLY(after they realized they weren’t going to receive a big insurance payment from me) they released all of the Medicaid patients at once, and kept insurance patients who had been there longer . Two days after I left they finally sent my meds to my pharmacy and within two days I was back in the hospital for anaphylactic shock FROM THE MEDS, but they claimed they never changed them. Explain how I’m there a week and all they do is push “anxiety meds” but apparently I was released on the same stuff. Literally no way. This is the worst facility ever and I’d recommend literally any place before it.

AWFUL clinic - they mixed violent, verbally and physically abusive patients with those with milder problems ... very disturbing and disruptive. They messed up medications frequently, failed to return ALL my property when I left (requiring ME tracking it down and returning to pick it up), and they FAILED to get prescriptions to my pharmacy then blamed it on the pharmacy and ME!

As someone has been in both the inpatient and outpatient process. I find that outpatient is way better then inpatient. I think that there is alot of room to improve with inpatient but I again I find outpatient to be better. I will say if you are looking for help then outpatient is the place for you Kaitlynn and Carlette are doing an amazing job. Inpatient does have its shining stars in there such as Veronica the nurse practitioner, Meosha the case worker, Mercedes the activity coordinator, and lastly nurse Winter and a few of the rest of the day nurses. However even with all this good people there are still things that need to be done to change how inpatient functions. I would give inpatient a 2 and outpatient is a 5.

We are having them investigated for tax fraud. The employees here were amazing to me. They really stuck up for me when Dr. Asraf tried to keep me there for several extra days, probably to collect insurance money. He and Veronica (I believe that is the name of the nurse practitioner) were the only insidious people. They talked to me for a total of about 20 minutes over 3 days and the employees even said I should be going home. "Dr." Ashraf ended up letting me go because I'm transgender and asserted my rights. He folded hard when someone stood up to him. Small, pathetic man. If you have any similar stories, please let me know for the investigation! Happy Pride!
