I haven't seen my grandmother this happy since my grandfather passed away 15 years ago. She has been under the care of Bridgeport's memory care staff for the past 3 months, and every time I go to visit her, she's smiling and chatting with the other residents. She's made many friends here already which has greatly benefited her in her current condition with Alzheimer's. Staff are very caring and attentive. If something happens, they call me immediately to let me know. They have clear policies in place to keep the residents safe. Dementia is an ugly thing which never goes away, so I am grateful to Bridgeport for providing a high level of care to my grandma during an already stressful and unpleasant time. Seeing her happy gives her our family a great deal of relief.

Apartment spacious with a beautiful view of grass and trees. Reasonable rent. Diba very helpful, providing much information and ease of dealing with all the paperwork. Moved my.mother over from Idaho. Process went as smoothly as could be expected. Staff very friendly and helpful, encouraging my mother's independence. Activities varied and interesting. Residents welcoming. Place is clean and residents are well cared for. Highly recommend!

I am so thankful for the people at Bridgeport Place. We had to find an emergency facility to place my mom. I called and Diba answered the phone. She was wonderful with me. She made sure I was OK because I was a little emotional. She had me come in the same day and bring my mom so they could assess her. They had a beautiful room ready to move in. We got mom placed in 24 hours. Diba was gentle, kind and very patient. She walked me step by step through the whole process. I feel relieved knowing my mom is taken care of so well. Thank you Diba and Bridgeport Place.

I had a very short time to find a home for a dear friend of mine. It was a little stressful and exhausting as we visited a few places. Came upon this amazing place and felt at home right away. Diba is the most comforting, and assured me everything will be okay. We had a couple hiccup's along the way which caused me to panic and Diba helped me work through them expeditiously. The employees are amazing, esp Mary.....Moni loves her! Alina, Desiree, Marlina and Sharon are the friendliest and have patience with me when I call to inquire about Moni. When Moni tells me she is so happy there at Bridgeport Place Assisted Living, that means everything to me. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. Thank you Diba for making this process less stressful and encouraging me that everything will work out (and it did), you're the best!
