Wonderful experiences every time I have visited this shop. Every worker has been great and always willing to provide me with information or help if needed! Hands down, the best customer service around!

Employees purposely overcharged me when running my debit card. When confronted about total it was obvious it was done on purpose. Quoted price for oil change and air filter was not price charged to my debit. Did not offer to correct. Very Unprofessional and in poor taste! Avoid going to this place- you will be robbed!

I have been going to this Jiffy Lube location the last couple years and have always experience great, fast service!! A few days ago I noticed something hanging down underneath my pickup, I stopped in and the guys happily took a look and fixed me up. I definitely will continue bringing my vehicles here and recommend them to others!

I've been going here 3 years or so, it's the only place I go for an oil change. Fast service, good crew of people working on my car that I can trust will take care of it and let me know what it needs. They always treat me with respect and kindness and dignity. I trust them to let me know what my car needs. Free air in my tires whenever they are low, even though I went through a time during a winter when I couldnt afford new tires and they were low ALL THE TIME, and I kept going in over and over. Highly recommend.

We have increased the frequency and level of cleaning and disinfecting of our buildings, equipment and furniture, with special attention to commonly touched surfaces.

Can you guys check/add brake fluid?

Good Afternoon Mike Coates, Thank you for your question - we do not fix or repair brakes - in most instances a low fluid reservoir is an indication of other issues with your braking system. There are several reputable businesses in the Fargo area that can help with your issue. Have a great day!
