They are so nice when I have needed air in my tires. I know they will do that for you but they don't treat you like a hassle or inconvenience.

DONT set up an online appointment. Set appointment over the phone/in-person if you can. They say they don’t accept online bc 1, they don’t actually receive them (seems like Firestone the company will let you book online, but that doesn’t mean it’s communicated to the individual storefront) and 2, they’re so busy anyways, they only do appointments over the phone/in person. After you make an appointment, be prepared to wait anyways. IF you’re going for tire trouble, check what tires they have in stock BEFOREHAND. Otherwise, they’re gonna waste your time, then tell you the only tire they have in stock is a premium version that’s insanely expensive. Definitely be prepared to spend time and money.

Very unprofessional work.. they keep you car for 24 hours and returns as is without touch it.. Useless service. They don’t have respect to your time. They don’t call you to tell, you keep on calling they don’t have any ETA. Just imagine you gave your car and they did not even take looks even after calling 5 time in 24 hours. You need get back car without doing any service.. I am never going to this center aging.. i have respect for my time.
