The staff is always so nice and helpful. My only complaint is that you cannot reach the actual office they automatically send you to the national calling center and they are limited in what they can assist you with. I had to make 2 trips for 1 issue that had I been able to quickly speak with someone I could have made one trip and completed my business. I have never had an issues with the actual office staff though they are great!!!

After being refused service at heritage trace location, we came here. Tiffany was awesome. She kept conversation going to calm my 16 Yr old down. We were in and out quickly with no issues. Thank you Tiffany !!!

Terrible DO NOT go to this location. They will let you set an appointment for times they can't help you. Between 2 visits and over an hour wait I leave the second appointment still without completing my drug screening. Customer service skills are fully absent after telling me they couldn't help till ANOTHER appointment was set they were quick to try and usher me out of the door. Only after asking for a manager did 1 nurse actually take the time to explain the issues they were having with my employer set appointment. Employees at this establishment are not concerned for patient well being just want to get them in and out as fast as possible. TERRIBLE SERVICE GOOD LUCK IF YOU HAVE TO COME HERE.

Wow this place is awesome from my experience and I am not a person who usually places a review unless the experience made an impression. But I am one who will definitely read reviews and research. I did not have an appt so walked in hoping to have the opportunity to get my lab work done. They were all booked up for the next week. I checked in, they texted me from my car and I waited less than 5 minutes after the text. To top that off the tech, Mimi (don't know if spelling is correct) was phenomenal. I had lots of tests run and she had to manually enter each one and draw alot of blood. She had a fantastic attitude and sweet spirit as she did her job with joy. She definitely knew what she was doing. Thank you for the great experience as I have had some bad experiences.
