Oh yes. I just got some (in a 6pack) there the other week. As long as they have it in stock still (it's a popular beer!), They should have it there.

They have a very large rotating stock of beers and I've been there fairly often. I have not specifically seen any beers from Anchorage brewing there but I also wasn't looking for them. I suggest calling and asking. They are always very helpful, and they also keep stock in the back that isn't always displayed in the showroom sections.

Has to be a good price. I drive 1.5 hrs to Shangys... on average they are 25 to 30% cheaper than our local distributors. I'm in Chester County PA.
