Very security careless. Twice my car was broken into and they won't do anything about it. They say I have to call the police. Every community has their own private security, but they probably just do everything cheap. Their appliances are like 20 yrs old and not energy efficient. They keep the grounds so you think its overall good. They sold all parking spots , if you don't buy you can't park even dou you live here. Emplyee parking is more important to them than resident parking.

So many empty parking spots here, but they are marked RESERVED by leasing office even though they are not. I wake up at 3am, 4am, 5am, and I see empty space everywhere. Yet, residents are not allowed to park. They want to force you to pay for parking. They purposedly mark empty parking spots as reserved when no one actually paid for them. WHAT SORT OF NONESENSE IS THAT? Why not make them as RESERVED when someone actually really paid for it. Here, you either park on the street and risk to get a parking ticket or you get towed if you park inside. I got a parking ticket once and I got towed once. Because there's no free parking here. Well. I cant afford it. I BELIEVE WE DESERVE TO GET HOME AT NIGHT AFTER A LONG DAY AT WORK. AND PARK OUR CAR IN PEACE. Besides, hot water is malfunctioning. I spent weeks here without hot water. Then I see pops from toilets shattered on the floor here and here, coming out of toilet exhaust pipe, when the toilets clogged, that's how they solve the issue. Il will be posting pictures soon.

Its honestly a no stars & I wouldn’t move here ! Rent is way to high & maintenance they’re late in response to the problem! I had a hole in my ceiling leaking for months ! I’m so ready to move NOT worth it I know that now,there is mold in the bathroom, infested with roaches,there’s still a whole in my ceiling leaking water, my apartment burned down caused by a neighbor & they raised our rent after moving us into another unit,the office people are trash.none of them can speak English,they come into your apartment without you knowing,there’s a fee for everything & it’s not healthy.DO NOT MOVE YOUR FAMILY HERE NEVER

We are sorry to see this review. Especially since we were anxious to help him in his transfer. Regarding a transfer fee, if you remember, you were previously allowed to transfer with a zero fee. Since then, you have decided to transfer again. As you can see, the fees associated with obtaining multiple apartments to occupy are much more than the $300 fee. Regarding your reference, remember that those are paid after you live there no less than 3 months.
