I would like to say that my order was wrong when I got my delivery from Uber. But that is not why I am writing this. I am writing this because of the AWESOME service Patrick provided. He is the general manager. He had them remake my entire order and delivered it to my house in his personal vehicle. I know it is really hard right now to get consistent employees. He even wrote a note. I thought about tipping him or giving him a beer but instead I decided to write this so hopefully it makes it to the right person. You should definitely keep him and give him a raise because he did no thave do do that. I know he probably wanted to go home but he made sure he had a happy customer. Thank you Patrick!

It truly pains me to write this review as McAlister’s is a family favorite of ours and we kept hoping it’d get better but it hasn’t. We have noticed a steady decline in the overall experience when we either dine in or take out. The restaurant itself feels and looks dirty like not enough time is being taken to clean thoroughly (don’t even get me started on the restrooms). And after our most recent take out experience we found that items were missing, items on sandwiches weren’t taken off as asked and the overall quality of the food was less than ideal. My son’s grilled cheese sandwiches and cookies were hard as rock that you could break a tooth on them. All this to say we want so badly to return here but I think this was the final straw for us. I feel it’s helpful for restaurant management to see what customers are experiencing which is why I even took the time to write this. Here’s to hoping we can come back someday!

Second time here, first time was a better experience. Today, I ordered a club with no pork, they brought me a sandwich with bacon and took the sandwich back to the kitchen. Brought it back 30 seconds later. I thought restaurants were suppose to remake it? Okay, I won't bother. Then a man brought me a fork to eat my mac n cheese with (okay?) And I looked at the spoon that was already on the plate and I was disgusted. (See photos) Also, the pickles were served on a dirty, sticky plate. The male employees have long hair and don't have it tied back, meanwhile the woman in the restaurant does. Why? 🤢 I think that's worse than serving food on dirty dishes. Not sure if I'll return to this particular McAllisters.

The service in this restaurant is excellent. A very kind person, Jeremiah, took his time to explain the menu. He was nice and patient taking our order with a smile, and happy. The black angus club was delicious. OMG!! the sweet tea is incredible. We recommend this beautiful place.
