Poor customer service. The reps aren’t willing to help and customers are more so on their time. I came in at 11:30 AM on Friday and wasn’t greeted by a rep, I had to go and ask him for help and address what service I am there for.he said he didn’t have enough time to open an account and to wait for the other rep who was already helping another couple. 30 minutes later a female rep walked in with Starbucks in hand and asked us in the waiting area what we all needed and who was there first etc. we left upset because instead did wasting our time waiting, the other reps could have told those of us waiting how long it would take and let us know if there are specific reps who can handle the service we needed. Disappointed, we left and We drove 14 miles to another chase bank in Plano and walked in to open an account and we didn’t have to wait and each of their employees from tellers, to reps to the manager were all friendly, kind, helpful and accommodating. Too bad, this location couldn’t offer the same! The reps here just seemed to be on long lunch breaks and have customers work on their time instead of vice versa.

Poor customer service at this branch. Tried to open a bank account for my child. They said I needed to provide original copies of her SS card. Needless to say I went home to obtain the original copy, come back in 10 minutes and I’m turned away because they were closing in 10 minutes. Would have been helpful to know that small detail especially when they had 2 bankers there with no one at their desk. What’s the point of having bankers sit there until close time if they aren’t there to assist customers until close time. We have been a chase client for a while and this is the first time I have had a disappointing experience within one of their branches.

I went there on a Friday during the lunch rush. No one seated me so I just sat myself. Never received a menu. When the person came to get my order, I ordered a plate of Cheese Fries, a Dr. Pepper, and a Hamburger. Simple request! Then the person, AMANDA, was like... this is a bank, not a restaurant. HOW RUDE?! I opened an account, still no cheese fries. Deposited my money, still no Dr. Pepper. What kind of bank is this?

No, but it helps. Setting an appointment means you won't wait for service when you arrive more than a couple moments, however you will still be helped without an appointment, you just may have to wait.
