Wouldn't even give them one star. Untrained staff, long wait time, out of service atms (both atms). Waited an hour, only for the staff to tell me that they'd charge me $50 fee for closing an account. Insane bank, 10/10 would recommend an online bank over this.

This branch is very very slow with service, I don't think they appreciate their customers. We appreciate quick efficient service. Are they closing this branch? Drive through was extremely slow now its hardly open.

The drive thru is rarely open now. There is usually only 2 tellers working no matter what time I go in. No longer have a business teller line and wait is usually longer than we should have to wait. I understand staffing is tough these days but hopefully things improve soon because there is no benefit to having our business accounts here anymore.

Like banking at M&T but they need to employ more tellers. This is the third time this month, waiting in a line for over twenty minutes and only one teller taking care of us. One teller taking care of business! This is the branch Infront of the Blvd Mall. Awful!!
Yes, but do yourself a favor and leave that bank. It's awful.
