if you like your food dry and being ignored by the whole staff as they help other tables then this is your place also be prepared to be randomly selected for contactless payment and have to put your card into your phone, also expect the prices online to be cheaper and specific combos unavailable in dine in. if you want good wings I recommend you go to Wingstop or someplace else. honestly it was kind of sad. it feels like the whole restaurant is run by children the irony is I'm only 20. Long story short I don’t know why you would waste your money here. So don't! sincerely your restaurant review warrior~ <3

Short Answer: No. Do not spend your hard earned money here. I promise I am not one of those random 1-star comments. I love my bdubs. You won't be satisfied here. Insight: Wings were the size of my thumb (no this is not a joke), fries were cold and way past their shelf life, and we waited about 45 minutes on a Monday - when there were literally 6 people in the restaurant. I can't imagine what it would be like on a Friday night. Also, prices in their literal QR code menu (at the table) are not matching the price they ring up at the ticket. When we raised this issue, 2 different workers advised us that sometimes their prices do not reflect what's on their online menu. I don't need to explain why this can be an issue for other families, right? If you like their flavors, just buy the sauce and make your own wings at home. Or buy dry wings somewhere else and spin them with these sauces at home. If you still decide to go, please double check your prices and eat ahead of time so that your are not still hungry when you leave. You will be paying full price for half portions. This is the first time I have ever wrote a review for anything. Money is tight for everyone and you deserve to have a good time with good food. You will not find it here, unfortunately. I really wish I had better things to say because I love my bdubs, man. I used to work at one back in college so it will always have a special place in my heart. But this place has made me second guess all of them and will not be going back to another (especially this one) anytime soon.

Went in or lunch with a friend on a very slow Saturday early afternoon. Food was great, no issues there. I really like BWW. The service was very slow. I think utensils, a refill for waters and napkins are pretty standard items for every table... struggled to get all 3 after waiting and asking several times.

Let me start by saying I generally love BWW. I went to the location in Mckinney TX and if you are planning to eat and have some drinks this is not the place for you. This location literally times you and tells you when you are allowed to get your next drink. Never heard of this policy (in the state or at a bar) but they only allow 1 drink every 30 minutes regardless of what you have. We went in on a Saturday night around 8 and it was completely dead. I assume this is because of their drinking policy. The place was filthy and all the employees were just standing around. I spoke with the manager Chris about the policy and he said it was his decision when people could drink. Cutting people off for being intoxicated is one thing but this seemed to be about power. All I can say is congrats, no one wants to go to your restaurant. Hopefully this changes so I can go back. Food is generally awesome!! I added some pictures for context.
