Sent my teen daughter here because I'd had a pleasant experience before. Unfortunately my hairstylist moved, and she was given Pam instead of her choice of Tiffany, being told that Tiffany had no openings even thought she had plenty showing online (the appointment was made the day before). At any rate, she had a photo of what she wanted, a cute layered look that would go perfectly with her hair texture and length. What she ended up with was very few layers, what their are are not good, no whispy bangs like the photo showed, no short shaved part at the ear, NOTHING like the photo. Her hair was hard as a rock with so much product it didn't move. Literally helmet hair. And she got charged $60 for this. Seriously? She was told, oh, well, you have to let it grow out some more and come back. Well, if 5 inches hadn't been cut off it wouldn't need to be grown out more. And it'll be a cold day in Hades before we come back here again. No way will I recommend this place anymore. Now to wash out a $60 haircut because her hair won't move.

A great salon! Madeline is amazing, she colored and styled my hair exactly the way I wanted. Matched the picture I showed her spot on. Super friendly receptionist and owner as well. Definitely will make this my place!

You could tell by the way the stylists interacted with each other that they enjoyed working there, which should immediately let you know you are in for a wonderful experience. Katie P. did a GREAT job on my hair. Enjoyed the conversation and the attention to what I was looking for in a hair cut. Can't wait to use other services here!
