I didn't have an appointment but only had to wait 10 minutes. Very friendly, and my hair looks great. The best and most consistent haircuts I've ever received!

It's probably a good idea. They do take walk-ins, however both times I went in without an appt, I had to wait half hour to an hour to finish clent in the chair!
