Terrible experience on the phone. It doesn't sound like anyone knows what they're talking about. Desk staff seem confused and I can't get anyone to call me back. I've called repeatedly.

All of our Registered Behavior Technicians are degreed in the field of autism, autism intervention, behavior analysis, special ed, child & human development, educational psychology, or other related fields. Most RBT's are either degreed or pursuing a degree in a related field, and are closely supervised by BCBAs and highly trained grad students. Our executive leaders & directors hold Doctoral degrees in a field related to autism, and all direct service providers are licensed or board certified in their areas of expertise.

I am not sure if my child has autism. Can you help us?

I'm not sure if they can provide diagnosis. We got our diagnosis from a developmental pediatrician. I know nuerologist , Dev. Peds. and psychiatrist can provide diagnosis.

What are evidence-based practices?

I concur. Also we love KFAC. The entire staff is great, top to bottom. It's hard to entrust the care of your child to someone else. That is multiplied many times over, when your child has special needs. The team at KFAC has helped us with those fears by being transparent, warm, understanding and caring. Could not have wished for a better place for my daughter to attend.
