Found a vehicle in my budget and was approved within minutes! Car was ready and waiting for me on my schedule. I dealt with the same amazing woman from my first interest until the last picture was taken with my big yellow bow after papers were signed. I was literally in and out in less than an hour! There have been a few little things that have happened like doors not locking correctly but I was on the phone about the issue and had the entire situation fixed within a few days! Amazing experience, highly recommended!

I'm not sure if it would be a POA that you would need but CarMax should know exactly what's needed I'd recommend giving them a call. I found their customer service to be excellent.
