ZERO STARS!!! I moved into a rental with this company and this place is infested with roaches. I also have broken toilets and leaking faucets. I have tried to call, email and text them about these issues for weeks and everything is ignored. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Do not under any circumstance rent or list your home with these slumlords/incompetent excuses for “realtors”. My dead grandmother would be more helpful.

They pretty much took my $50 deposit. Asked me for a pic of my ID so that I could schedule a viewing, then stopped all contact with me afterwards. I was more than qualifed for the house. I am an RN of 15 years experience, 10 of which is on my current job. My credit score is in the 780s. And my income is over 6-figures. My rental history is stellar. The homeowner for the house that I ended up getting was so impressed by my application that he urged me to buy a home. The only reason I'm not buying a home is because I'm leaving Texas soon. They literally had zero reason to not even so much as allow me to see the home after taking my $50 once I submitted my ID picture. I'm thinking it may have been a race thing or just a tactic to steal people's deposits because I see this complaint more than once. That's the only thing that I can figure because that house sat another 2-3 weeks or so on the website for rent. They would not answer calls, and emails back to the person who emailed me started bouncing back to me some kind of way almost like I emailed myself. I looked up the taxes on the home to see who the owner was to see if I could go directly to them for answers. But I've decided it's best for me not to do business with this company. I've already contacted the housing authority to look into them and I got the paperwork to file a complaint.

My experience renting with 31 Realty has been pleasant since the beginning. I was looking in the Frisco area and came across my current residence. I didn’t really like that it was carpeted, so unexpectedly they had vinyl plank installed throughout, before my move in date, which was awesome. Since then I had the a/c go out on a 100+ degree day and Susan from 31Realty sent a technician out within 2 hours and saved the day. The staff I have spoken with have been very friendly, and available every time I’ve needed them..From my experience, I will highly recommend 31 Realty…. 👍🏻
