Very long wait. People behind us got their food first. Then when my number was called the cashier twice told me it wasn't mine with my receipt in my hand. Then I told him and showed him it was my order. The worst part is don't charge me for a taco with very tiny bit of anything except lettuce. Horrible!!!!! A taco shell with mainly lettuce. I could have done that myself. Needless to say what a waste. I threw it away. Thanks Jack In The Box for nothing.

Third shifter here. Being on third shift, I only have a couple of places to eat if I want to go get something during my shift. This Jack in the Box used to be one of those places. I had long ago talked to a guy at this location who I think was the manager, and he told me that the computer system goes down every day at 4AM to download updates or upload information or whatever. During this time, they can't serve food because they can't ring anyone up. I kept in mind because around 4AM is when I go to lunch, so I adjusted my schedule some to be there half an hour before or after. Fast forward to a couple of months ago. Remembering that the system went down at 4AM, I went to grab some food at 5AM. But the system was down according to the drive thru employee. I attempted to go again a couple of weeks later at about 3:15ish AM and again, the system was down. Just a couple of weeks ago, I went at 2AM on a Friday night and guess what? The system was down again.

I can’t fill out a complaint in DoorDash of my missing items in such. I really spend a total of $ for me to only get a cold burger and a soda. Where are my missing items? I dint knew that tacos now came in a churros form. And I can’t fill out a complaint in DoorDash app because it’s acting dumb, I also have a screen record of how I can’t proceed it.

Last 2 visits i been...hasnt been great
Not holding up. I hear that. If it's one thing that's very important.. its bacon! Not so Ultimate experience. Multiple times. That's bad for the brand and it seems training is lacking because of no one holding standards. The food is awesome if followed by speck. With all the options around, you'd think they'd be above average. The bar is so low. Let's hope they get some supervisors actually verifying what guests are eating... duh.. I'll send an email on your behalf. #advocate
