I paid 55 dollars that I really couldn't ever afford to get 121/2 inches straight chopped off of my hair, literally she put it in a rubber band and chop chop chop chop chopped until she cut off a little too much hair. I wanted a lot cut off but I thought with her being a "professional" that it would at least look cute but apparently she's blind or something but I'm not very happy about it
