Ordered successfully through app, show up, it's only about 8-9pm and no one is at the store. No way to get a refund through app or store. What a scam store.

Pulled up around 615am and they were not open for drive thru or dine in. I left and came back 30mins later and they are still not open. Not really sure why as it's been over 45min at this point, I left and to my knowledge 3 other cars had left over this span of time. Pretty unpleasant experience, hopefully the owner can staff better as this is ridiculous

The drive-thru is rarely open any time very early morning (1-4am) which is annoying when they are supposed to be 24 hours. At the very least block the drive-thru lane so people aren't wasting their time trying to order.

In addition to our heightened cleaning and disinfecting procedures and protective gear requirements, we have also added visual social distancing guidelines on floors and tables, installed sneeze guards to protect team member and guest interactions at the counter, and eliminated all shared condiment stations.
