Retail employee here. Yes you can, on any day but Sunday. If the propane tank is in a camper, you'll need to make an appointment with the service team to make sure we can clear the way before your arrival. Tanks are pretty much always welcome. Keep in mind that being a Good Sam member gets you 15% off your total for propane, so sign up in-store when you head over, it'll be worth it.
They carry new ones so give them a call. I would guess they do since they sell them.
