I read reviews about the service department and I can confirm the slowness of their service. First, dont pickup the cart if you dont have time to look at it or fix it within 1 week. You expect the customer to wait until you fix the cart but you dont expect to be hurried to fix it. when you are ready to fix it, pick it up 1-2 days before hand. Cart has been with them for 8 days and still has not even been looked at. They dont know when you will be next. Atleast tell your customers that it take 2-4 week(Accdg to service and delivery guy) before it will be looked at, and another 2 weeks for parts, be honest before hand. It looks like you just want to collect the shipping fee and dump the cart in your yard until the customer gets tired of waiting. Then collect $ to return it unfixed. Good when trying to sell a cart, bad with after purchase support. If you are not local or you cant deliver the cart yourself, find someone nearer. Im 1 hr away but since i bought the cart from them, i paid to let them pick it up but big mistake. I took it back since its useless my cart sitting there just for no horn or lights. 10 days to waste and $194 shipping.

Easily one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. The process of purchasing a Cart from them was efficient and professional . It took 10 minutes to pick my cart, get financing and own the cart. It was delivered the very next day. They have been very responsive to my questions/concerns by email or phone. They are also willing to come to my home for any issues. It is a very well ran company. Greg
