Worst Napa I've been to. I went in to pick up a $8 part that was supposed to be in stock. I get to the store and wait in line for 10 minutes. I finally make it to the counter and Jose took off to find my part. I waited for 20 minutes for his return only to tell me he didn't have the part in stock. This is a terrible store. The shelves are empty. Tool selection? There is a very small amount of tools on display. My main complaint is that Jose was so slow. What a waste of my time.

This place is the slowest auto parts retail location in DFW Metroplex. Horrible customer service. Only come here as a last resort.

We replace them if you've purchased one from a napa store. If not then we can get you a new battery for you but you'll have to pay full price. We also don't install them unfortunately, company policy.

If you are talking about the AC blower they may have it. If not they can get one the next day. If your talking about blower as in super charger go to Summit Racing.
