The current lack of customer service for restaurants in the area is becoming quite a problem. It's getting old actually. Just when you let your guard down and trust what they tell you, you get home and are disappointed. This time, after placing my order on the app, I immediately called and verified they would update to wet instead of dry. When I arrived, I verified same. When they handed me the sealed bag, I specifically asked if it was wet, they said yes, and asked if there were two ranch-- yep. Well, we were very disappointed the boneless breast pieces were dry. We ate them, they were ok, but not what we ordered and not what we paid for. Add this to the list of many restaurants not doing their jobs correctly. I blame the kitchen as the bag was sealed when they passed it forward..

Came in and ordered two 6pc combos and one 6pc. The worker completely ignored me and rang me up for 3 6pc combos but I let it slide. Next thing you know he’s telling another customer that he ordered MY food and that I ordered HIS food( even after we corrected him twice). My food ended up being dry and he didn’t bother to put in the paper that goes under the wings. Plus while he was making other orders HE WAS GRABBING THE FRIES WITH HIS HANDS. I honestly should have just canceled the order. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Lady at the front, and I say lady being nice but it was a child. Looked at her phone the whole time I was placing an order and rang up $18 bucks more than what it should be. She said I asked for a combo and I told her that she wouldn’t know being on her phone. I told her to just forget it and I’d go to another location. I’m sure not all Wingstops are this horrible

Never had problems with WingStop until this location. The first visit they just gave me the complete wrong order. Said they refunded it almost two weeks ago and I still haven’t seen it. Decided to give them another chance. Food was ice cold. I only live 10 min away and they forgot all of our sauces. Will not be going back.
