Some of the ladies in this store are so rude and do not pocess a bone of professionalism. The new young lady Chelsea was just as rude as the magic marker used to draw her eyebrows. My son picked out a few hats and art supplies. I had an appointment and asked her could she hold it until the close of the day. I came back and the items were scattered from the front to the back. The cashier starts grinning because she was the one who put the items back and told her first lie, saying it was probably the girl on the previous shift and the hold did not have a name. I told her you are lying because the lady tapped it and commented on how neat my handwriting was. I asked for the Manager because she was definitely too rude and too busy playing with hangers. It took 10 minutes ; and me asking three times, before the manager came over. The cashier said I called her and she never came and then started smirking. The manager lied saying a customer wanted to buy the item and I told her, if the customer wanted it then why was it on the cart pushed to the back in the middle of the floor? She said can you tell me a time to pull the camera, not once even attempting to get the items they had thrown in the back on their cart. So many people are just hiring disrespectful people and when I asked the manager for the District manager, she said its behind a sign by the window. I said great it should be easy for you to write it down. Good customer service is hard to find. My son was buying hats to donate to kids whom may need it at the schools since its getting cold. Its definitely some training needed in this store.
