I had an old septic tank pumped, Kyle came out on time, was very professional and courteous. I was actually surprised because he is a young man and had much better manners than I expected. He did a thorough job and cleaned up very well. Overall an excellent experience and I would highly recommend Septic One to anyone!

Had a pump out February 25, 2021 which seemed great, two days later system backed up into the house. Backup probably not related to pump out but called main number for counsel or if any problems were apparent with my system and guess they thought I was blaming them for backup. Refused to acknowledge they did the pump out, said “must have been some other company”. Very odd and unfortunate not the customer service I expected. Will move on. Had a positive follow-up call from the owner and every effort was made to clarify the situation and support my inquires. Consider the issue resolved and closed with a positive outcome.
