We've been in business for 15+years and Cintas is the worst company to do business with. Missing uniforms, charging for items lost in their system. Terrible customer service. I literally have uniforms for an employee name that has never worked here. I don'r even know how that happens.

Top Gun Air Conditioning and Heating

Absolutely terrible service, no execution, just endless excuses, while the billing never stops. We started back in Jan/February with this process. Almost may now and I think 2 guys have complete uniform sets. Horrible operation. The opposite of convenient and nothing but headaches and empty promises from their reps. I’d quit if I worked for this company. Can’t fulfill what they promised to deliver on when they said it could be delivered. Pandemic, excuses, pandemic, excuses, supply chain blah blah blah

The entire purpose of this company is to supply businesses with their needs. Businesses rely on these guys. But if you run out of product and call them, they will say they’re coming they’re coming and not show up. THIS CAN DAMAGE YOUR BUSINESS REPUTATION, be aware of this terrible situation. At least just say you’re not coming and let me make arrangements as I wait for your lack of service. They sure do charge a premium for not servicing their customers. No response to your needs, but when it’s time for the bill they continue to call and harass when it’s already paid. Sooo inconvenient
