Really great service! I dropped my phone off a few days before for a quote for the insurance company. Bruce quickly wrote one up for me and I returned days later. Bruce thanked me for coming back and supporting small business. I dropped off my phone at 10am and it was ready for me at 11:30am. Beautiful new glass screen after mine shattered. I walked in and the man did not greet me nor did he say anything. I sat down and waited still didn’t ask me anything. Customer service is not there. I don’t appreciate not being acknowledged and I don’t appreciate this man not caring about who walks in the store. I left and wrote this review next time greet and acknowledge people walking through the door. You lost my business right away.

Dropped off around 4:00 PM, picked up next day about 3:00 PM fully functional. CAN'T ASK FOR MORE! Samsung s21 Ultra with the black screen of death. Rest of phone worked, such as receive calls via Bluetooth.

Make sure they remember to use adhesive if it needs it. They ruined my girlfriend's laptop because, "they don't like to apply adhesive".
I recently had my Samsung Note 10+ screen repaired at CPR Roseville. The gentleman was courteous, professional and confirmed he'd give it his best shot no guarantees because I did drop it and screen was pretty shattered.. I dropped it off and picked it up two hours later like new no issues. It cost me $450 but it was worth it than replacing it. I forgot to add insurance to it so glad he could fix and I've had no problems. Thanks for your help.

It's best to do it elsewhere. Like this guy said, it's $$$ just to even have them take your item without even looking at it. The prices only go up from there

Would always recommend going elsewhere with these kinds of issues as CPR charges A LOT for work that is quick and easy to do
It cost us about $600+ for a job that wasn't even correctly done AND they wanted to charge more to fix it a 2nd time. This place is a joke
