Do you fix a phone if it wont charge or hold a charge?

Do it at Battery & Bulbs or somewhere else if you can lol this place will charge you an arm and a leg just for assessing the issue

They can do battery replacement

I apologize for not being able to answer for the store, but depending on the phone, now often than not, they require a battery replacement and I would think any cell phone repair store would perform that repair. There are people on Facebook and craigslist who can also perform the repair for much less.
