Lack of speed limit enforcement. Seems like posted speed limit signs are only suggestions not actual law. This city really needs a major improvement in law enforcement. Lots of people like to speed thru town and out on fm14. Even with the active school zone. I was doing 30 and another car just casual passes me by. The officer on duty looked like he was starring out in space.
