I should have listened to all the reviews on how they just never show up! Its extremely unprofessional to not communicate with your clients and just leave them in the dark. How many people are you going to ghost until you change the way you run a business.

Arrived at my appointment only to realize that the hairstylist stood me up. Salon was locked and completely dark, and they didn’t answer the phone when I called. Seems to be a trend at this place… It’s fine to reschedule, life happens, but to send a confirmation the day before and then ghost a client is an oddly disrespectful move. Don’t waste your time booking an appointment here.

Should have listened to the 1 star reviews. I was worried this might happen, but didn't think I would actually show up to a closed salon after making an appointment and getting a confirmation. Despite the hours saying the salon was open when I arrived, the building was completely dark and nobody showed up for my appointment. Nobody answered the phone when I called. I'm really disappointed :(

I moved to Corvallis back in July of 2021 and I was looking for a place in town that was good with undercuts, since there was maybe one hair stylist back home who knew how to get my hair the way I'd like. When I have gone, I got a great cut for a great price, maybe $15 cheaper than what I got before moving to Corvallis. But there have been multiple times where I got a confirmation text to make sure I was showing up to the appointment only for me to walk downstairs the next day and have the lights to the salon turned off and the doors locked. I have called a couple times in the past to leave a voicemail hoping to get a call back and texting the stylists as of more recently, but I never get a text back. I usually wait 10 or 15 minutes to make sure they aren't running late or forgot, but they never show. I am really frustrated because I love the work that Amy and Irene do, but I don't know how much longer I'll be okay with being left without a response. I understand that we are in the heart of a pandemic, but I don't understand why it is so hard just to shoot out a text saying why they aren't there.
