Somewhat if you can find a picture worth taking. Most of downtown is made up of historical buildings and the local park is generally pretty clean. But if you're truly worried about the views and opinions of others rather than doing what drives you then you have bigger problems than whether or not to bring a camera.

It would be a miracle to me if police officer ,school teachers, and all professionals could uphold the law and the rules without involving their emotions... I had to remove my son from Caddo Mills school for a principle that freaked out like a nut over a sandwich... He could have informed me and my son the roles were no outside lunch's brought to high school and that would have been clear and sane... Screaming yelling running through the cafeteria like a Complete nut was unacceptable... Those are the people taking care of our kids

Call and ask to speak with their records department

They're open 24/7 in the dispatch lobby if you want to talk to an officer. Records is closed in the weekends, weekdays Records is available from 9 am to 4 pm.

First ask the neighbor to turn it dn if u feel safe enough, if not call your nonemergency phone #. Could b a noise violation.
