Noise is completely unmanaged, and the buildings are poorly insulated. When someone slams a car door outside, it shakes the building. There is not enough parking for the units they're trying to sell, so don't plan on having guests who park on premises. The property management is unprofessional and thinks they can selectively ignore your questions or tell verifiable lies and then threaten you with legal action for calling it out. If you live in units near staff, your complaints about topics like trash, smoking, and deadlifting sounds will be ignored while they still hold you to your lease and then find subtle ways to retaliate for complaining. Whatever nightmare you are having about a cold, noisy, overpriced apartment with no parking where the property management thinks they are literally feudal lords who answer to no one, this is that nightmare.

Stay away from this apartment building at all cost. I would give it zero star if I could. But if you like noise the cedar heights is your best choice. Buildings are bad at sound proofing. You can hear your next-door neighbors and when your neighbor above or below walk or move around in their apartments you can feel it as well. Kids are screaming like crazy, because the kids' parents know the leasing office will do nothing at all.

Tried to apply for an apartment at 11:34am, talked with the leasing agent on the phone who said verbatim "we take it off the market while you apply for the apartment." I filled out my application online by 12:14pm and got an online error that said the property manager would need to resolve. When I reached out to the leasing agent to get the error fixed they said it took "too long" to complete my application and that someone else had taken it. Real garbage experience.

I do not recommend living here. The good: -Maintenance was quick to resolve issues, though whenever I requested that they call before arriving, they never did -Paying rent online is easy, as was getting my deposit back upon moveout -Apartment is remodeled and has all new appliances -Plenty of guest parking The bad: -Rent for a 1BD is ridiculous. You can find cheaper elsewhere -Apartment didn't come with a pantry or storage closet -Water heater is in the bedroom closet -The neighbors were AWFUL. Loud, screaming kids and adults, and hosting parties during covid. Walls and ceiling are also thin so you can hear your neighbors' footsteps. Noise complaints largely went ignored
