unfortunately have been to ER 3 times with my father for various things, staff is always courteous if your lucky enough to see someone. You sit for hours for basics tests. Then transfered to hospitals 1 or 2 counties away.

Went for emergency treatment for my 4 year old she got a cut and was bleeding. Went around 5 first aid was given. Later we were waiting till 8.30 they didn't tell anything and we were waiting waiting. When we went and asked they were too rude and told you didn't wait that long. Nurses were harsh on my daughter. Too bad service. They asked to pay even before giving treatment. We walked off after waiting for more than 3 hours. Atleast they should tell their situation and explain instead too rude worst service ever

I was transferred her for an appendectomy procedure last night. I hadn’t eaten all day because urgent cares and ERs told me no water or food. I got here at 6pm and was rushed upstairs to prep for surgery. Was told team of doctors waiting for me for a scheduled 7pm surgery. Well the nurse seemed in a hurry as he was about to go home. 9pm rolls around and still no surgery or doctors coming in. They send someone in who speaks no English and she can’t understand me and I can’t understand her. When it’s all said and done, I find out the nurse who checked me in never told doctors I was ready so they went home. The nurse didn’t even know I hadn’t had surgery yet. They had to call the doctors back from home and I didn’t get surgery until 11pm. I was still denied water, ice or food during my stay. Then this morning more confusion and didn’t get to eat my first meal until 8am..24 hours after my last meal. Then to top it off, they sent me home with craniotomy after care. Nothing about how to care for appendix wounds or incisions. Mind completely blown.

My wife had miscarriage experienced before,so we rushed ourself to ER since we saw blood when she peed. After they did blood draw, we waited almost two hrs for ultrasound but no one checked us. I talked to the nurse why took that long to see ultrasound tech she said that someone will be there any min but we waited almost 65 min without help after I talked nurse . I asked again to see what is going on but no response I will not go there next time since I had bad experience on customer / patient handling .
