They tend to always reschedule you. They take forever. The employees gossip while you’re next to them. They’ll schedule you for your yearly checkup without asking when you’re available, and then in the voicemail they leave, they’ll say, “if you don’t cancel or reschedule and miss your appointment, it’ll be a $25 fee.” Haha, the audacity this place has. As if I would pay a fee for an appointment YOU made not checking in with me first. The receptionists must hate their job due to the lack of professionalism and organization. I highly doubt it’s their fault. I’m sorry you work in a trash *** place.

You have no need to fear the homeless they are people just like you and me they just are without a place to call home if they come to you its for help not to harm but if you don't want that just tell them get back and they will be smart do waz best for you but know that they are only humans try offering food or hand sanitizer .
