First of all the people at the store are really nice. I made an appointment for days in advance and I showed up on time for my appointment. I knew exactly what glasses I wanted. I knew the model and everything. I knew this because I spent an hour picking out my glasses on the Internet on the website for the business. However none of this advance preparation mattered. It didn’t matter that I made an appointment days in advance. It didn’t matter that I showed up on time. It didn’t matter that I already had my glasses picked out. It didn’t matter that I had my insurance card with me. They still kept me waiting so long that I had to leave. People need to understand the other people get out of work for appointments. People need to understand that when people get out of work for their appointment, those workers expect to be able to go back to work within a reasonable amount of time. After half an hour waiting for my eye appointment, and still not seeing a doctor, I realized that I would not be able to get my glasses because these numb chucks couldn’t keep an appointment. So not only did I waste time and picking out my glasses and making an appointment and waiting for that appointment but I didn’t get my glasses and I’m going to have to do that somewhere else to start all over again. I don’t understand why businesses expect their customers to waste their time waiting for them. This sucks on multiple levels.

Horrible, the staff treated me very well but the service was fatal! They call you and the glasses are wrong and I fly again and nothing 🤔😅😆

I was greeted and helped by Anna. She's a sight saver! It took a few tries to get the adjustments just right, BUT I can geninuenly say she's awesome at what she does. The glasses no longer slide down my face, the adjustments are just right. I've had them adjusted at other locations previously and the adjustments she did are lasting! Thanks a million! You are a lifesaver!
