Costumer service on this store is horrible employees are always on their phones and they don’t put attention to the costumers wings alway late and dry Looks like there is no management at that store what happen?? use to be a good place to eat I send am email to the company but they never respond looks like no one care about costumer service

Every. Single. Time I order from this place , my order is never correct or missing something. I honestly get tired of calling to complain. But this time, the phone number conveniently doesn't work all of the sudden. Hopefully the new store on first st. is a lot better.

I gave them a 2 star because wingstop typically is a good restaurant is just this location that gives the franchise a bad name. The fries were noticeably old and as well as the wings they were dry i even called them to make them extra wet. This has been an ongoing issue in this location

This restaurant should be given 0 stars. The restaurant is closed for dine in so why is the drink machine so disgusting? During my visit this time the I told the lady my name and she went over to get my order. Read it and confirmed then still gave me the wrong order. She then realizes her mistake and calls me back. I get home and my fries are half done and some a burnt. My boneless "wings" are actually their thigh bites but that's not the worst part... I ordered the hot lemon pepper but this was watered down sauce with a ton of pepper. My actually lemon pepper was just grease. No flavor. I tried to give them another shot but this was my last time ordering from them. They need better quality control and management.
