I really love this gym. Dedric, the evening associate, is personable and helpful. I always look forward to chatting with him a bit. The number one downfall of this location is the hours, particularly on the weekends. Gyms closing at 6 on the days most people are available is really frustrating. Should be open until 8, at least. I’d also like to see yours extend to 12am during the week as well. Some people really can’t get in until a little later on.

Ok so here’s the long over due review!!! I have been meaning to write something about you fit but just got busy with everything else!! This gym and especially at this location are by far the most beautiful,amazing and thought full experience I’ve ever had and experienced in my life of fitness! I love the people there, so warming and welcoming from mangers to other young associates that work there from morning shift people to Night shift people every single one of them have touched my heart in an amazing customer service way! I go there every day or every other day but I definitely look forward to go enjoy my running work out there! They all are extremely hard working people for sure and are super polite! I love their enthusiasm and welcoming personalities. Keep up the good work guys! ❤️❤️❤️

Hello, yes, we offer both lockers and showers. We do recommend bringing your own shower products and lock for the lockers.
