Excellent Customer Service. Kind helpful quick easy friendly employees. Plan to give their delivery one more try. But planning curbside since they have so many spaces. It is much easier to park and run in and out to grab a few things than it is to run in and out at the big chain store down the street. Glad I went. I only needed a few things and I was in and out like lightning. The staff was helpful and polite and assisted me in locating what I needed promptly. Thanks!

Twice have I been here and the Customer service booth is unmanned. The first time I dropped in and waited a few minutes, the a cashier asked what I needed. After informing her, she said she could help me. The 2nd time I stood at the customer service line for nearly over 5 minutes while 2 cashiers rang up customer after customer, and 2 clerks held a conversation in the self checkout area. I'm sure they all noticed me standing there. Then a gentleman began to wait behind me. The nearest cashier asked him if he needed cigarettes, although I was the 1st person in line. Crazy. After a couple more minutes, the gentleman walked off. Then the same cashier finishes checking out another customer and explained to me that she couldn't help me, but the other cashier could (possibly the manager) once she was done with her other customers. I began to walk away when cashier #1 asked me what I needed. After informing her, she advised me they didn't provide that service. I proceeded to walk out when cashier #2 decided to finally ask me what I needed. 🤔 I drove down to Kroger and walked inside to find no line and further a cashier ready to help. I walked out of the store 1 minute later, literally. It's a little farther, but I'll have to make that sacrifice. Kroger continues to not fail when they are not my 1st choice. They will be my 1st choice going forward.

Great place to work at! I work in customer service, fantastic store remodeled recently, great prices, great rewards! Sometimes longer lines at registers but store is working on hiring more cashiers....come give store a try and get great savings and rewards!!!
