Just came in for a bottle of buchanas to give as present to my uncle and when waiting for an attendant to come open the liquor cabinet and pressed the button for him to arrive and when he did I said hello and to no response and when I received the bottle I said thank you to still no response and when he first arrive he gave me a gaze that was uninviting like I did something wrong but did manage to get his name and it was Damian. Thanks for your help Damian.

Clean store, helpful staff. Don’t usually shop here? They offer a wider selection of products than your typical grocery store. Such as big tubs of ice cream, see my pics! And for a good price. I also saw a bunch of party supply like disposable plates and trays that are hard to find.

Seems like this particular Smart & Final is going downhill. It never was the best compared to some others but it's worse now. They are often out of items and there is a lot of empty shelf space. It's the closest grocery store to my house but lately I've been driving furtherjust to have a better shopping experience. Vons on 17th street in Costa Mesa or Stater Bros in Huntington Beach are quickly becoming my go to grocery stores for everyday items. While I also go to Trader Joe's for select items I can't get elsewhere.
