Food was very good wait staff was incredible our waitress was fast very personable and fun she came to check on us several times throughout our meal. Price is very affordable. We will deffently be returning

We have not been to this Applebee's for a couple years because the service was so bad. This time the service was great. We did have to ask to have the soup sent back and heated. They did so and when they brought it back it was nice and hot. The manager checked on it several times. Wait staff and management were both very busy and taking care of customers. We will be going back. Went back today. Maybe it was the holiday but service was very slow. They were not that busy. Soup was delivered with meal. Note to management: train employees that soup is an appetizer and to be delivered before the meal. Soup was really good and hot so meal got to cool while we ate it. Also they were out of coke. No manager in sight.

My son ordered the Classic Combo and he doesn't like the spinach dip. We asked if he could get the queso instead. The waitress didn't even ask if that could be done, just told us no substitutions. Well, we know it can be done because he does it all the time. Wish we would have went somewhere else. Treat your customers right is how it should be.

my husband and I decided to try Applebee's as it's been a while since we have been...it wasn't real busy tho we arrived just at 630 pm so was really happy to get seated right away. I ordered water as anymore its too costly for such a big coke, that I wouldn't finish, and my husband had coke...we ordered spinach dp as appetizer, which was extremely hot but tasty...would have preferred bread or pita chips over reg taco chips...but ya get what ta get...I ordered chicken breast with double order of garlic mashed potatoes, as there was really no other option I would eat...it was basic, bland chicken, frozen but again was prepared nicely, nice grill marks...my husband ordered fried chicken salad...was a pretty big salad, sadly only brought 1 cup of dressing so had to ask for more which wasn't really a problem...over all the food was ok..it was far from horrible, but far from amazingly delicious also...I gave 3 stars as it was all...just ok..not bad but not great. everything is getting so expensive, but don't mind paying for a great meal...but about what you'd expect for a chain.
