If I could rate a 0 star, I would! Poor, terrible customer service. These ladies needs a proper training how to treat customers. Doesn’t even know how to say thank you. A lady that helped me made me wait for a hour just to pick up my contact lens. She offered to help and went to break room and forget about me. Will never ever come back here again, aside from their cheap quality contact lens, the doctor was rushing during the exam and associates is ghetto.

She is being amazing She went about and beyond with Customer Service I have a bad experience in a different location and she made my day she was very professional she was very respectful she helped me right and then she don’t let me wait at all she was in the phone with the other location and she have all that information so I just wanna say thank you thank you very much for all the help and a great customer service miss La Wanda Thomas.
